At ERGO we continue to be mindful that many of our clients could or have been adversely affected by Covid-19. Our policy is therefore not to visit any properties where there is possible Flu, Covid-19 or other respiratory viruses; instead, we wait for these to resolve.
Please note, there are no cancellation charges for rescheduling an appointment at short notice due to illness.
All our staff are fully vaccinated (Flu, Covid-19, & MMR) and will continue to take all the precautions recommended by the government and our professional body. We have supplies of PPE and Lateral Flow Tests (LFTs) and are still happy to test prior to visiting if requested.
