Immediate Needs Assessment
Under the Rehabilitation Code we begin with a comprehensive assessment to understand the clients situation and your pre-accident lifestyle. We don’t just consider you in isolation, but take the time to understand your whole situation; including family, home, work and recreation. As part of the process we will liaise with your treating clinicians to get as full a picture as possible. From the outset we help you to plan your goals towards recovery, with realistic timescales and ways these can be achieved. We are there to share the load.
When we have completed the draft INA report you will be invited to read it through before it is finalised. It is then sent simultaneously to your solicitor and the insurer for consideration. Once we receive the go-ahead we will then commence case management with you.
